This is a flexible system for classes, sessions, and experiences — built for your integrated and immersive Xeno-Animals journey. Instead of paying per class, you can purchase Xeno Credits and use them for any type of program at Xeno. Credits activate as soon as you purchase them. Each pack shares one validity period, so all credits in the pack expire together.

Notes:

  • Flex Credits can be purchased separately or added on top of any main Xeno Credit Pack.
  • They activate immediately and expire 30 days from purchase.
  • Best used to complete remaining balances for higher-credit classes within validity.

Policy:

  • Each Xeno Credit Pack comes with a different validity period and is tailored to suit dancers with varying class frequencies.
  • Our Xeno Credit Pack can be used for all types of service provided by Xeno-Animals.
  • Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and individual-use only. Credits will expire if the individual-use policy is violated, and any classes attended by non-account holders must be made up with a single-class drop-in price.
  • Missed classes (no-shows) or late cancel will not result in credit adjustments or refunds.
