Heidi began her dance journey as a high school dance team captain and went on to establish Seattle SCC Step Up Dance Crew. Her dedication continued at Boston University with the Vibes Dance Team, and now, as the Honorable President of IMIX Dance Crew and founder of Xeno-Animals. Starting in K-pop and developing a focus on jazz funk choreography, Heidi is passionate about pushing the boundaries of dance. Years of leadership experience in dance have made her realize the need for high-quality resources and a proper introduction to dance for students of varying levels and skills. She is dedicated to bridging the gaps within the dance community, aiming to create inclusive and supportive environments rather than divisive ones. She believes that everyone can dance. Dance embodies a journey, not merely an end result.
