Managing Your Classes:

• Pre Registration is required for all classes. Class will be canceled if minimum number of reservation

  is not met 2 hour prior to class time.

• Purchase passes, manage class registrations and cancellations effortlessly via the Xeno-Animals app.

• Cancellations for a full-refund must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.

Package Details:

• Our packages grant access to any group dance class, with no limitation on dance styles.

• Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and individual-use only. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and for individual use only. Packages will expire if the individual-use policy is violated, and any classes attended by non-account holders must be made up with a single-class drop-in pass.

• Missed classes (no-shows) or late cancel will not result in package adjustments or refunds.

• Package purchased from 7/1/2024-12/1/2024: The validity starts from the date of purchased. Special offers may varies.

• Package purchased after 12/1/2024: The validity starts from the first package check-in day.

  
  

• Should your package expire with remaining classes, you’re welcome to renew it for another term and carry over any unused classes to the new package. (This term ends on 12/1/2024, package purchased after 12/1/2024 will not be able to renew.)

Package credit cannot be used for Hiphop session.
